Warnings:Arthritis and other forms of arthritis should be treated in the same way as other types of arthritis, with the same dosage and duration of therapy, with or without food, for example, anticoagulants (blood thinners), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), oral steroids. Do not use in patients with a history of gastrointestinal issues. Use with caution in children and adolescents, as this can increase the risk of side effects. Do not use in pregnancy.
Precautions:Before using Voltaren, tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease. Do not use in children or adolescents under 16 years of age. Consult your doctor before using in children or adolescents under 7 years of age. Do not use if you have a history of stomach problems (such as ulcer). Contact your doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen.
Voltaren Emulgel can be used alone or in combination with other pain relievers or other treatments. Voltaren Emulgel products should have a full expiration date, which can be up to 14 days. Do not use in children under 7 years of age. If you are using the product for arthritis in children, talk with your doctor or pharmacist.
